Entstand Anfang Mai 2009 durch die Umbenennung von EA Redwood Shores. Unterhält mittlerweile Studios in Redwood Shores, Montréal und Shanghai. Eine australische Niederlassung (in Melbourne) zählte ebenfalls dazu, diese wurde aber im September 2011 geschlossen.
Konzentriert sich, laut offiziellen Angaben, in erster Linie auf "Mature Games", also Spiele für Erwachsene.
