- Der Teleporter kann nicht mehr zum Charakterwechsel verwendet werden, da dies zum gleichen Problem führt.

Parasite Eve II PSX PAL GER :
- Das Spiel hat während des eigentlichen Spielablaufs keinen Ton, er wird nur in einigen Zwischensequenzen aktiviert, und selbst dann ist er nicht fehlerfrei.
- Die Musik in den Zwischensequenzen ruckelt in einigen Szenen deutlich oder leicht, und in manchen kurzen Szenen ist sie komplett stumm.
- Probleme mit der Texturtransparenz im Gegenstandsmenü.
- Das Spiel stürzt immer ab, wenn man im Kampf die Waffe wechselt.
- Es gibt einen Absturz auf der zweiten Disc in der Nähe des Labors. Beim Abwärtsfahren mit dem Aufzug friert das Spiel ein, sobald man unten ankommt und versucht, durch die Aufzugstür auszusteigen. Dadurch wird das Weiterspielen unmöglich.
