Entstanden aus ehemaligen Mitarbeitern von Ikarion Software GmbH, welche 2001 aufgelöst wurde.
Zum 31.07.2009 wurde das Studio aufgrund der Insolvenz von Ascaron geschlossen. Das "Sacred 2"-Add-On "Ice & Blood" wurde aber zuvor noch fertiggestellt.
