Ultima: The Black Gate
Die SNES-Portierung wurde sehr stark zensiert und ist auch ansonsten inhaltlich erheblich überarbeitet worden.
Das Gameplay des SNES-Port ist stark an die damaligen Action-Adventures angelehnt und dementsprechend in Echtzeit. Außerdem bereist der Avatar die Spielwelt allein. Die gesamte Gruppenverwaltung wurde, wohl auch aus (steuerungs-)technischen Gründen, auf der Heimkonsole entfernt. Die ansonsten zahlreichen Parallelen zu Nintendo's "The Legend of Zelda" sind hier sicherlich auch kein Zufall. |
