Umfasst:
• 6 neue Multiplayer-Maps: Dionysus Park, Fighting McDonagh's, Fontaine Fisheries, Pauper's Drop, Siren Alley, Smuggler's Hideout
• Anhebung der Levelgrenze auf 50 (alternativ auch durch Kauf des "Sinclair Solutions Tester Pack" möglich).
• Neues "Rebirth"-Feature, das an "Prestige" der "Call of Duty"-Serie angelehnt ist: Spieler, die Level 50 erreicht haben, können ihren Multiplayer-Fortschritt komplett resetten (Neubeginn auf Level 1, Verlust sämtlicher freigespielter Waffen, Upgrades, Tonika und Plasmide). Im Austausch gibt es ein spezielles Level-Icon und zusätzliche Masken (Fancy Rabbit, Fish, Crab, Starfish, Seahorse, Bucket, Golden Bucket) für die Charaktere.
• Beinhaltet den auch als separater DLC erhältlichen "Kill 'em Kindly"-Modus
• Dem Spiel werden neue Achievements/Trophies hinzugefügt
