Drei Zusatzmissionen als Add-On für das Hauptprogramm:
- Kolacell
- Vselka Infiltration
- Vselka Submarine
Das Mission Pack enthält insgesamt drei neue Missionen. Xbox-Besitzer konnten sich das Add-On kostenlos via Xbox Live herunterladen, PC-Spieler mussten dafür 10 bis 15 € bezahlen. Das Mission Pack ist jedoch seit März 2005 als kostenloser PC-Download verfügbar: Die Erweiterung wurde in den Patch 1.3 (europäische Version) integriert.
Sam Fisher erhält einen neuen Auftrag. Er soll die Geheimorganisation der "Kola Cells" infiltrieren und ihren Anführer Nikoladzeh ausschalten. Dabei infiltriert er eine verlassene Fabrikhalle, eine U-Boot-Werft und an Bord eines Atom-U-Bootes das Hauptsystem sabotieren und Nuklearsprengköpfe finden.
