"Heroes of Might and Magic II" ist mehr ein Spin-Off als eine echte Fortsetzung.

Das Spiel basiert zum größten Teil auf den Inhalten des Vorgängers, während sich echte Neuerungen stark in Grenzen halten.
Nichts desto trotz überzeugt auch der Nachfolger mit bunter Grafik, schönen Effekten und der gleichen, erstklassigen Spielmechanik. Heroes 2 hat alle Zutaten, die den Vorgänger zum Erfolg werden ließen, gekonnt übernommen, aber nur wenig Neues erweitert.

Wieder mit dabei der Mehrspielermodus über diverse Kabelverbindungen oder gemeinsam an einem PC nacheinander im Hot Seat.
